Holy Father, As I navigate through the middle of my day, help me to maintain focus and clarity. Sharpen my mind and renew my concentration. Guide me in using this time effectively and purposefully.

Mighty God, When my energy begins to wane in these mid-day hours, fill me with Your strength. Refresh my body and revive my spirit. Help me to accomplish the tasks before me with diligence and grace.
